But if you start to get similar reports from others, at least here's another you can tie it to. It could be something else entirely causing this issue. But after that, it seems to come back up ok. So I click "Reboot Anyway" and it just hangs trying to shut down. When I attempt to reboot, the computer says that some process is preventing shutdown. However, this never occurred before I upgraded 1Password to the latest version a few days ago, that's my only cause to suspect a correlation. But again, this does not prove a correlation. Meanwhile, 1Password is hung on the "Loading." screen. That doesn't solve the performance issue. So not really knowing what to really do, I force-quit Chrome. And this was on a Core i7 10700 16-core monster with 32GB of RAM. The CPU may be 30-something% and memory maybe at 60-something% last time. Looking in task manager it is unclear why this is. The first thing I notice is that the computer becomes dramatically slow to do anything. I hesitate to list all of the symptoms I'm seeing because I can't prove definitively that 1Password is the cause and they're quite severe, but I'll do it anyway in case it helps.
